This book was made for the From Pulp to Print course, instructed by Professor Suzi Cozzens. This course focused on the awareness of paper types, finishes, textures, weights, fiber selection and other qualities. Moreover, our own exploration and research of the science and technology of papermaking, addressing methods, equipment, and materials were critical points.
In this course I investigated fibers, that is, plant, half-stuff and recycled, used in the formation of paper. This book is an amalgamation of the papers I had created; each page features the ingredients used in creating it. A Chartpak xylene-based AD transfer marker was used to transfer the text onto each page.
All paper was handmade; book is hand-bound.
